According to /usr/share/misc/pci.ids, this device has PCI ID 8086:51f0 which is listed in bookworm's iwlwifi module aliases. Can you post the output of the following commands after booting with kernel 6.1 ?
lspci -nnkd ::280 dmesg | grep iwlwifi
