Also, forgot to reply to this bit; this is due to usr merge. This is a
known sharp edge that folks are actively working on.

While it's present at `/usr/bin`, that's because `/bin` is symlinked,
dpkg, abet confusingly, knows it as /bin/ps, not /usr/bin/ps

$ dpkg -S /bin/ps
procps: /bin/ps
