Since this is only an issue for the UEFI variant of the installer, I guessed
it might be related to GRUB, and indeed there was an GRUB2 upload on
2022-06-10, which matches exactly the timeframe from above.
In the same time, there were no more uploads from installer packages AFAICS.

Thus assigning to grub2.
