This translation update is only a trivial thing, but since this a somewhat
special package, we can judge different here.
So no objections from my side against such upload.
Another thought: Don't know, if it's needed in testing for a d-i alpha
release? kibi is planning such alpha at some point, I think, so maybe it's
not bad to have win32-loader in testing, when that day comes ...

I can look into this, if wanted. However, I did not upload win32-loader
until now, so I'm unsure, if I have upload rights for it (only a DM with
some selected per-package upload rights here).
When it comes to ftp-master:
don't know if we want to engage ftp-master's time for this now, they are
chronically low on manpower and time, I guess.
(At least this seems to me like this: when I see how long it takes to bring
a documentation-only package like debian-faq through new queue, they must
be heavily overloaded :-(( )
On the other hand, Didier has removed himself from uploaders, so package
might look a bit orphaned maybe?
Why not try to do an upload-and-migrate round, to see how it goes?

So, yes, I would say we go for such upload.
I will see if I can get it uploaded, expect more info tomorrow.
