Reminder that this request for a priority reduction is still outstanding.

gcc 9 has not been the default gcc since 2020, and Debian 11 was released
with gcc 10 as default; but as of mid 2022, a minimal debootstrap of
unstable still contains gcc-9-base as a result of its inflated Priority,
even though nothing in the minimal set depends on it any more.
