Bug#995833: busybox: uudecode doesn't recognise the special decode_pathname /dev/stdout

Strange, I thought I had replied to this:

The two are not really the same. The other ticket is just about the
missing symlinks... but uudecode is really not even intended to use
that file (even if it exists and is linked to the right /proc file).


Anyway,... upstream has now semi-fixed that:

However, for some reason only when ENABLE_DESKTOP is set, so Debian
would need to do this.
