Hmm, I'd reword this a bit, since that wording of mine makes it look
like long memorable passwords are better than completely random ones,
while they aren't.

as possible. If you can use a password manager, a completely random
alphanumeric password is the best. However, if you need to memorize it,
it should be easy to memorize, relatively random, and very long."
Maybe too long of an advise; maybe it could be made shorter...
Or something similar.
