Bug#956283: installation-reports: kinda successful installation, but issues with firmware

Which image did you use?

If you used one of the official installation images, it is expected that
firmware is not installed automatically.

However, if you used an unofficial image with firmware included
(from https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/ )
that should have happened automatically.
In this case, could you please provide us the installation logs (from
/var/log/installer on your installed system; sent compressed to this bug, please).
