This might be a missing firmware issue - could you please try with the
"firmware included" image:

  https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/images-including-firmware/11.0.0+nonfree/amd64/iso-cd/firmware-11.0.0-amd64-netinst.iso

and see if that fixes your problem?
