I did some test installations, and cannot reproduce your findings.
First I installed LXQT and then in another installation XFCE. And gdm3
was NOT installed in both tests.
Looking at your screenshots at https://openqa.debian.net/tests/10133
it seems that you have selected two desktop environments, Gnome + LXQt.
So the seen result of gdm3 and sddm being installed is expected and correct.
