Bug#980493: Please add support for Orange Pi One Plus

Dear installer maintainers,
Please could you generate installer images for the Orange Pi One Plus?
The U-Boot support is already there in unstable, so I think it would
just be a matter of adding orangepi_one_plus to the list in
build/config/arm64/*.cfg, as in the patch below.
