Bug#974005: override: hfsprogs:non-free/otherosfs optional

Hello!

The APSL license employed by hfsprogs is considered to be non-free [1].

I would like to request the section of the package to be changed from
otherosfs to non-free/otherosfs, so the licensing bug can be closed and
the package can migrate to testing again.

I have not made the change to the package's debian/control file yet as
I don't know whether the change has to happen in the override file first
or in the packaging source, please let me know.
