Comments/Problems:
1)
It needs a microcode for the Ethernet controller. It can't download it without Ethernet. :-(
+++++ THE TEXT OF PROBLEM WAS FLASHING TOO FAST ON THE SCREEN TO BE READ. +++++
I had to film the screen and then push the  "pause" button as often as possible until I found the text.
The text by itself was well formated : the problem, the solution, and the name of the file needed.
2)
