Just a thought regarding the "switch" to Weblate:

maybe you could coordinate that with the last translator Michał Kułach 
(in CC) ?

what's your opinion on that?
Any problems with activating access for Polish on that Weblate project?
(that might mean sharing the translation work for this specific project
(debian-installer) to more people)...
