Bug#963580: Please provide an alias (s=) for https URLs

To simplify preseeding with an URL, I'd like to request an alias
"s=example.org", which is equivalent to "url=https://example.org"; .

Together with the support added in bug 850800 for setting a
debian-installer User-Agent, this makes it easy to redirect requests
from the Debian installer to a preseed file, so that preseeds can become
as simple as `s=example.org` .
