Please add the attached information to the manual.  The text
is taken from the SVN repository, I added one paragraph and
changed the format into DocBook/XML.  I don't know about
the authors and the license, but assume by the d-i authors
and GPL.  Please check, if unsure.

I'm closing this 15 years old bug.
The manual has a link to the said information in the git repo; that should
be enough for this sort of content (mostly that recipe docs will not be 
searched for by the average user, but by advanced users or developers, and
they are fine with finding the info in the git repo).
