I don't think our loader will mind the move (it should look in both
places), I'm just a little bit worried about anything that would
hardcode paths. That might not be the case in a debian-installer
context, but we know various packages in the archive rely on that…

Unless someone else from debian-boot@ objects, maybe go ahead, and we'll
fix what breaks (if anything), now that we know the change is coming up?

(I suppose the reason for the move is to keep the diff between debs and
udebs small? Not moving in the first place would be an option… ;p)
