Bug#954856: Please add option to install signed grub bootloader

Please attach /var/log/installer/syslog (compressed).

If you're booting in UEFI mode, you should *not* get grub-pc but the
right GRUB EFI package, which is signed. Its being installed should
result in the installation of shim-signed, despite install-recommends
being disabled (see the grub-installer script in the grub-installer
package).
