Attempted to install debian 10.3 in a virtual machine with a Ubuntu 19.10 host
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Tries to install under a virt-manager virtual machine
* What was the outcome of this action?
Hang during file system formatting.

Install should complete and result in a viable debian buster system.
