While reviewing your changings, I found that you have added a somewhat longer
text (explanation) to a string, that's is only short in English:

+# The URL found in the address bar of the front page of a website is its base URL. In other words, the common prefix found while navigating inside a given website is known as the base URL.
+# (https://www.techopedia.com/definition/4858/base-url)
+# --
+# A base URL is, basically, the consistent part of your web address.
+# For example, throughout this training site, you'll note that the address section http://webtech.training.oregonstate.edu always appears in the address bar. This is the base URL. Everything that follows it is known as a URL path.
+# To find the base URL of your website, go to the site's front page. What you see in the address bar on your site's front page is the base URL of your website.

 #: win32-loader.c:145
msgid "Base URL for netboot images (linux and initrd.gz):"
-msgstr "Basis-URL voor netboot-images (linux en initrd.gz):"
+msgstr ""
+"[Laat een basale URL het gedeelte van een URL zijn dat gemeenschappelijk is "
+"voor alle bestanden van een server. Laat een netwerk-opstart-image een "
+"archiefbestand zijn dat een bestandssysteem bevat waarmee een computer kan "
+"worden opgestart via een netwerk. --vertaler]\n"
+"\n"
+"Geef de basale URL voor de netwerk-opstart-images (linux en initrd.gz):"

Did you check, that such long text can be correctly displayed in the running
program?
(I can think of, it's only a small box, where this phrase is displayed in?)

Regards
Holger
