Bug#935540: debian-installer: Errors on sources.list security repositories

Package: debian-installer
Severity: normal
Tags: d-i

During the installation of debian-testing-amd64-xfce-CD-1.iso image, an error
is ocurred about sources.list. The security.debian.org entries cannot added to
the file. After the installation, this is the content:

#

# deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux testing _Bullseye_ - Official Snapshot amd64
xfce-CD Binary-1 20190819-10:58]/ bullseye main

#deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux testing _Bullseye_ - Official Snapshot amd64 xfce-
CD Binary-1 20190819-10:58]/ bullseye main

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bullseye main
deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bullseye main

# Line commented out by installer because it failed to verify:
#deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security bullseye/updates main
# Line commented out by installer because it failed to verify:
#deb-src http://security.debian.org/debian-security bullseye/updates main

# This system was installed using small removable media
# (e.g. netinst, live or single CD). The matching "deb cdrom"
# entries were disabled at the end of the installation process.
# For information about how to configure apt package sources,
# see the sources.list(5) manual.

See the Wiki Debian (https://wiki.debian.org/Status/Testing), the security
repositories for bullseye are the next (and they working):

deb http://security.debian.org testing-security main contrib non-free
deb-src http://security.debian.org testing-security main contrib non-free

Regards and good luck!!
