Not all problems can be solved with `apt install ....`


Screens being shifted horizontal does make me recall
the old times of CRT-monitors and Xserver tuning.

I can't guide you to a nicely centered screen.
I'm suggesting that /var/log/Xorg.log is checked for hsync value
and to go tweak that setting.
