I succeeded to install Buster to DELL R330 UEFI + secure boot.

Comments/Problems:
Everything was fine.
I created installer USB by 'dd if=debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso of=/dev/sde bs=4M'.
Though it was just for my interesting why I enabled UEFI Secure-boot,
d-i worked perfectly.
After the installation, Brand-new Debian booted from root partition of mdadm-RAID1
via UEFI without any problem.
