Translation status in Bullseye Alpha 1

Hi list, hi Holger,

I've noticed quite a number of updates on the l10n side in different
packages (thanks for driving those efforts, by the way!); and I've also
removed arcboot-installer (gone) and added partman-efi (despite a
comment, used for a while) to our packages list.

The resulting translation-status file has a single translation up to
100% (5 F) status: German (NB: Zusammentreffen? Ich glaube nicht! :D)
Meaning all other languages are going to get an extra window mentioning
the translation isn't complete and that some screens could be in English
because of missing translations.

I'm considering *not* updating the translation-status file, meaning
lying about the status of most translations, so that users putting their
hands on this first Alpha don't encounter that screen. It doesn't strike
me as entirely unreasonable (despite the small lie by omission).

What do you think?

[My current tentative timing is: letting apt-setup and partman-crypto
reach the archive, double checking them, getting them into testing, and
uploading d-i once they're ready. So somewhere between this evening and
tomorrow. A swift reply would be appreciated, but I can exercise my best
judgement and decide this on my own when it feels like I should be
uploading… ;)]

I'm attaching the translation-status file built this morning for
completeness, and the output of the script (as translation-stats) for
more details about per-language stats.

Cheers,
