Bug#944976: debootstrap: please add Ubuntu focal

Hi!
Ubuntuites don't announce their release names in advance, which means a new
script is required immediately after being known.

This time, the name is "focal".

I've tried to symlink eoan (which links to gutsy) -- seems to work ok.
