the longer form of the argument is: it's 2018 and except for 100 people
on this planet, noone is using floppies anymore.
"cognitive strain" is another argument. 90% of the people installing a
computer today have no idea what a floppy (disk) is. (for those who
don't know, it's the icon for saving a file.)
