Bug#942357: Unencrypted logical volume and Stable's encrypted worked

Here's more info.

1.) Testing's installer worked when I asked it to
    create an UNencrypted logical volume.

2.) The 2019-09-08 Stable AMD64 distribution
    successfully installed an encrypted logical volume.

3.) Similar bug reports are

    #935973 and

    #927165.
