Bug#940946: RAM-upgrade

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Munin was installed for monitoring the NAS-box, see screenshot.

The result was, that RAM is insufficient for additional services, because

swapping occured already.

So I decided to upgrade finally: for about EUR 15 4GB RAM are insignificant

in relation to the system-price as a whole.

Although there was a one-sided 2GB SO-DIMM module originally, double-sided

modules are usable, but replacing the RAM-module requires to remove the

USB-shield at the front-side first, see foto.

Overall storage-performance improves from more RAM buffers, but in the longer

turn, when writing larger quantities, say some tens of GB, write-speed is

about 17 MB/sec only, so the compact 2TB-harddiscs seem to be writing somewhat

slower indeed, than 1TB-models.
