The result was, that RAM is insufficient for additional services, because swapping occured already. So I decided to upgrade finally: for about EUR 15 4GB RAM are insignificant in relation to the system-price as a whole. Although there was a one-sided 2GB SO-DIMM module originally, double-sided modules are usable, but replacing the RAM-module requires to remove the USB-shield at the front-side first, see foto.
