Hello,

In the grub menu, the 'c' shortcut does not work to trigger the high
contrast menu. That is indeed obviously a grub shortcut. That was why
'd' was initially chosen, but then changed again due to #930569 (the
menu title was confusing). In b48ebf562ba5, I have restored the 'd'
shortcut.

I'd like to backport this to Buster in time for 10.1, so that only 10.0
has the bogus 'c' shortcut and we can keep documenting 'd' consistently
for good, what do people think?

Samuel
