Bug#932414: KDE GTK settings conflict with GTK settings of XFCE4

Package: task-kde-desktop
Version: 3.53

When I set up KDE's appearance, it creates a file in my $HOME called .gtkrc-2.0 and a symlink .gtkrc-2.0-kde4 -> /home/me/.gtkrc-2.0. I think it creates that file because I set the theme to GTK. However, when I switch from KDE to XFCE, that file conflicts with XFCE's appearance settings. I have to delete or move that file so that my settings in XFCE will be properly applied.

The contents of the .gtkrc-2.0 file:

# File created by KDE Gtk Config
# Configs for GTK2 programs

include "/usr/share/themes/Redmond/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
style "user-font"
{
	font_name="DejaVu Sans Condensed Book"
}
widget_class "*" style "user-font"
gtk-font-name="DejaVu Sans Condensed Book 10"
gtk-theme-name="Redmond"
gtk-icon-theme-name="oxygen"
gtk-fallback-icon-theme="gnome"
gtk-cursor-theme-name="Oxygen 01 Yellow"
gtk-toolbar-style=GTK_TOOLBAR_ICONS
gtk-menu-images=0
gtk-button-images=0
gtk-primary-button-warps-slider=0

I would suggest that KDE create and access those files in a sub-directory in my $HOME such as the currently empty .kde/env.

I am using xfce4 4.12.5.

I am using Linux office 4.19.0-5-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.37-5 (2019-06-19) x86_64 GNU/Linux.
