Bug#930454: os-prober: Please add 20microsoft efi/20microsoft probing on arm64

Dear Maintainer,

There are ARM64 laptops that ship with Windows 10. It is possible to
install Linux on these, as a dual boot option. Please detect Windows
10 on arm64 platform just like it is done on x86 & x86/efi.

I've copied over 20microsoft scripts from x86 & x86/efi for arm64 and
it seems to work correctly for me.

Note I did that on Ubuntu, but it should be similar with Debian
codebase too.

Not sure if i should provide a patch, given it's more of a mkdir -p
arm64/efi; cp x86/20microsoft arm64; cp x86/efi/20microsoft
arm64/efi/20microsoft type of thing.
