No, that is entirely different board with a different SoC.
AFICS this is the situation:
[X] u-boot support: the device-tree is in place [0], given that other
NanoPi boards are already supported it's not unlikely that also
this is supported as well
[ ] u-boot binary is not built in Debian: it could just a matter of
adding it to the target list [1], test it and ask for merge [2]
[ ] new u-boot to be uploaded to sid and request to unblock migration
to Buster
[ ] support for the creation of the sdcard images for debian-installer [3]
[X] support for flash-kernel: it's already in place [4] but would be
nice to test it again. This also means that once the installer
is booted there should not be any roadblock in getting a booting
system at the end.
[ ] testing a daily image as soon as it's available [5]

I don't have that board so your help is definitively needed. It could
be that all this will not be ready in time for Buster release but every
step is towards an easier installation experience.

Once all the above steps are done, it will be as simple as that [6].
Until then, some manual work will be needed. It's up to you ;)
