Control: tag -1 - d-i
(No need to tag d-i packages with the d-i tag, which is most useful for
packages that aren't directly related to the installer team, like those
producing udebs but maintained by other teams.)

There's #928172, and trying to install it in my sid chroot seems to get
me a different failure:
sid-amd64-devel)kibi@armor:~/debian-installer/installer$ sudo apt-get install debian-security-support
