Right, this also breaks the build of the debian-installer source package
on amd64 since its build dependencies cannot be satisfied.

Having checked that with the maintainer a couple hours ago, it seems a
round-trip to get a new signature is needed: so they're aware already.

Adjusting severity and marking this as affecting d-i, adding the
installer team in copy.
