Bug#921556: busybox: Enable more applets to support initramfs-tools

Package: busybox
Version: 1:1.27.2-3
Severity: wishlist

Once we have busybox 1.28.0, we could enable these extra applets on
Linux:

    ipconfig [CONFIG_IPCONFIG]
    nuke [CONFIG_NUKE]
    resume [CONFIG_RESUME]
    run-init [CONFIG_RUN_INIT]

Ben.
