I (jcc) requested to join on https://salsa.debian.org/installer-team

I would like to help maintain live-installer
(https://salsa.debian.org/installer-team/live-installer) and fix some
issues that affect me (initially, make some things that hard hard-coded
configurable).

Raphael and Christian, are you ok that I add myself to uploader of
live-installer?
