Bug#917799: list-devices: "disk" option does not show SATA drive

Package: debian-installer
Severity: normal
Tags: d-i

Dear Maintainer,

Debian installer from official testing build for 2018-12-24 from

    http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/amd64/jigdo-dvd/debian-testing-amd64-DVD-1.jigdo

fails. The reason is that SATA drive to install to cannot be detected by "list-devices",
as verified from Alt+F2 console. It shows only /dev/sdb (which is the usb disk), and no
/dev/sda, as in the build from 2018-12-17 (I install testing build each week).
