Bug#891574: please give hints about /boot/boot.scr sources inside the file
Package: flash-kernel
Version: 3.92
Severity: wishlist
Hi,
I recently had to learn that /boot/boot.scr is copied over and expanded
from some files inside /etc/flash-kernel. This would have been
significantly easier if the generated /boot/boot.scr contained a
generated comment like "this is a binary file. Do not edit. If you want
to change the contents, edit /etc/flash-kernel/foo/bar and re-run
flash-kernel".
Please consider giving such a hint.
Greetings
