I have committed most of the changings and synced translations where possible.

But I did not commit patch #2:

Subject: [PATCH 02/11] Add full MIPS arch names to d/archlist

... since I'm unsure where these changings influence. Where are these names
used?

Additionally, I would like to propose a changing to the supported archs table,
which currently looks this (the mips part):

├────────────────────┼──────────────┼──────────────────────────────┼──────────┤

I would propose to delete the "Mips Malta (64 bit)" entries from the 32bit MIPS
lines (mips and mipsel), since they are contained in the "MIPS Malta" entry
within the 64bit MIPS line.
That would lead to something like this:

├────────────────────┼──────────────┼──────────────────────────────┼──────────┤
│ │ │Mips Malta │4kc-malta │

├────────────────────┼──────────────┼──────────────────────────────┼──────────┤
│ │ │MIPS Malta │5kc-malta │
│64bit MIPS │ ├──────────────────────────────┼──────────┤
│(little-endian) │mips64el │Cavium Octeon │octeon │

│ │ │Loongson 3 │loongson-3│
├────────────────────┼──────────────┼──────────────────────────────┼──────────┤
│ │ │Mips Malta │4kc-malta │
│32bit MIPS │mipsel ├──────────────────────────────┼──────────┤
│(little-endian) │ │Cavium Octeon │octeon │

Any objections?
