Hi!

I cannot reproduce this issue on a standard Debian sid installation with
systemd which has been the default in Debian since Jessie now.

Can you provide a few more details on how to reproduce this?

> System is running with file-rc as init.

Could you check whether the problem persists with systemd or sysvinit?
