Bug#837926: debian-installer: please use fonts-noto-hinted to display the Sinhala script

Indeed, this is in rootskel-gtk, in src/usr/bin/gtk-set-font. It
allows choosing the "main" font depending on the locale and even
picking a bigger size than the default.
