Bug#819867: boot also fails with non-USB boot-partition

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

Today I retried this with the current netinstall-image from 2016-05-02,
using the internal ATA-flash-memory of the PC as /boot/-partition, but it doesn't work
either, since GRUB cannot mount the filesystem-root.
It might be related to these upstream-bugs:

http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?35937

http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?38366:

> # Uncomment if you don't want GRUB to pass "root=UUID=xxx" parameter to Linux
> GRUB_DISABLE_LINUX_UUID="true"
> # JPT: use uuid, label or partition
> GRUB_USE_PARTIDTYPE="label"

so it might actually be misconfiguration only.
