Bug#823158: debian-installer-8-netboot-amd64: (repair) GRUB EFI dummy install fails
Package: debian-installer-8-netboot-amd64
Severity: normal
Tags: patch
Dear Maintainers,
I installed Jessie (stable) from Netinst iso. Doesn't start Grub as EFI/NVRAM
seems not to work properly. Then I startet again with the repair installer and
tried to install the dummy in the directory for external boot bla (forgot the
right term).
Solution was just "mount /var" "mount /tmp" and then "mount /dev/sda
/boot/efi".
The command "mount /dev/volumegroup-vg/var /var" and therefore the mount of
efi-partition does not work. But just using the entry in the fstab worked.
(var and tmp are on two different partitions.)
Sincerely Maria
