Bug#849238: installation-guide: Use Plasma too when referring to the desktop project by KDE

Dear Maintainer,

the name of the desktop environment developed by the KDE community is
Plasma, and it should be used when the manual talks about the desktop.
The attached patch (against current trunk, revision 70415) fixes this.
