Bug#838310: keyboard-configuration: user configuration lost + error message from setupcon
In the keyboard-configuration 1.148 binary package, one has:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 1862421 2016-07-29 08:06:33 DEBIAN/config
But in the 1.149 version:
