Comments/Problems:

* After install with network cable unplugged, iceweasel does not get
installed, so clicking web browser icon on desktop does not launch
anything. This is a regression from Wheezy, where iceweasel was
installed and the web browser icon worked after a "no cable" install.
Note that on a "cable present" install on real hardware with the same
installer image, Iceweasel did get installed.

* After install, `apt-get update` fails, it seems the cdrom is not
being disabled like in previous Debian releases, this is a regression
from Wheezy:

Your installation-report lacks a speaking subject.

You used the xfce-version of disk one of normal installation CDs.
If you want the CD to be disabled automatically from package-sources
in /etc/apt/sources.list, you need to use the netinstall-image, it also allows you to
setup the xfce-desktop-environment.

Using the netinstall-image also obsoletes the other problem with iceweasel, mentioned
there, because it will not work at all without a network-connection.
