Bug#814798: debian-installer: enable encrypting /boot using GRUB cryptomount

Package: debian-installer
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,
please enable installing Debian with full-disk encryption including /boot.
now that grub has its cryptomount feature, debian should support full-disk
encryption without a separate/unencrypted partition for /boot and thereby
reduce attack surface for evil maid attacks.

so far the debian installer doesn't let me proceed with the installation unless
/boot is unencrypted. this doesn't even let me do it manually without a
separate /boot partition.
