Dear maintainers,

The s390-dasd module of the debian installer can not be finished successfully.

The module has only two possible navigation options, <go back> and <continue>.
Selecting <continue> in the s390-dasd module menu, the module will always try to activate the specified dasd. If the dasd was not yet activated, this does work as intended and you will return to the module menu.
If the dasd is already active, the module will fail with an error code.
The installation can then be continued. Partman will notice that no disk detection module was run successfull and asks to do this now, but displays any active dasds even if no disk detection module was run successful.

The only other option, which is choosing <go back> in the s390-dasd module menu after activating a dasd, results in no error and any previously activated dasd will still be activated. Partman behaves exactly like described above in this case.

Many thanks in advance.

Alexander Klein
