Package: debian-installer Severity: wishlist On some system that I preseed-install, I don't want any root password set nor do I want a normal user account. I get access to the system via SSH, using a public-key that I populate using a late_command. I have tried the following combination: d-i passwd/root-login boolean false d-i passwd/make-user boolean false However, it still asks me for a normal user account name. So I reckon that what I want is simply not support, hence this wishlist report. Is there any reason why this is a bad idea? /Simon
