Whilst I've got your attention - what's the purpose of it? They allow having values returned by db_get to be short and unexplanatory, so that they can be stored in a configuration file or use in a script. However, more detailed choices values can be given in "Choices" so that users of English localization environments can get easier to understand choices. For instance, for a language choice: Choices-c: en,fr __Choices: English, French Users of en_GB or en_US localizations will see: * English * French and only in unlocalized environments, you get the following choice: * en * fr In short, they allow having an English "translation" of choices.
